Return Policy

Nautiraid America guarantees your satisfaction with all purchases made directly from us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The products purchased must be returned in new condition, in the original packing with all parts and manuals included. If a product is returned damaged or missing parts we reserve the right to deduct a fair and reasonable amount from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the refund does not include the original shipping, handling and insurance fees. A full refund is considered the original purchase price plus any sales tax charged.

Limited Warranty

Nautiraid America warrants all kayaks and equipment sold to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, improper storage, handling, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear through regular use.
